About Scott Perry

As a longtime Santa Clara resident, I bring a deep understanding of the Silicon Valley real estate market and the communities that make it unique. With experience as both a real estate investor and landlord, I offer clients a practical perspective that combines market knowledge, investment insight, and years of experience working in the region’s high-tech industry.


Before transitioning into real estate full time, I worked with both major technology companies and emerging startups throughout Silicon Valley. That background allows me to connect naturally with engineers, executives, and professionals navigating the fast-paced Bay Area market. Combined with my degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon, my approach is centered on understanding each client’s goals, priorities, and long-term needs.
